PLT's Returns & Shipping Information (WEBSITE ONLY)
- All returns are processed as EXCHANGE only!
- Only full priced orders can be exchanged for another item of your choice of equal value (or more with the customer paying the difference). Items that have been discounted or orders that have used promotional codes to discount the total amount due (free or discounted shipping), are considered FINAL and are not eligible for exchanges.
- All merchandise returned must be in new condition, unworn and unused with its original tags attached and all bags, boxes, packaging, gifts, etc. included. Items with signs of use, makeup, or the like or appearance of tag tampering or without tags will be considered used and will not be accepted. If the items have been shipped back to us, they will be sent back to you (at your expense) or donated to charity. Items smelling of smoke, washed, worn, or in poor condition are not eligible for a return. If you are returning shoes, you must pack the shoe box inside of another box. If shoes are returned in their original box or if the original box is damaged, they will be considered used and not eligible for return.
- Full priced items being returned must be made within 7 calendar days from the date that your order shipped from us to you, not the date you received the order. They must be accompanied by a copy of your sales receipt. Please call us for return address information. Items postmarked or shown shipped after the 7 calendar days will not be accepted and either donated or returned at your expense. When exchanging items, you are responsible for shipping back to us and the return shipping back to you. Items returned damaged or missing from the package are your responsibility, so please use proper postage and insurance.
- Headbands, hats, diaper covers, socks, hosiery, bath & body products, books, gifts, gift cards, dolls and toys are non-returnable. Special occasion, Christening attire, Special orders, Layette, and HOLIDAY clothing/accessories are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for an exchange.
We are sorry but there are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
ABINGDON IN STORE PICK UPS (as chosen at checkout)
1) Your order must be picked up within 7 business days after you place the order and we notify you by email that it is ready for pickup. We cannot hold orders for more than a week. Our storage space is extremely limited (and unorganized if you know us, lol) so if you cannot pick your items up within this time frame, please choose a different shipping option.
2) If anyone besides the person listed as the name on the order will be picking the order up, it MUST be noted at checkout in the "special directions or notes field", otherwise only the person whose name is on the order can pick the items up.
***Please note that when you select a "ship to" or "pick up" option at checkout, there will be NO MODIFICATIONS going forward. We cannot edit addresses after the CC has be approved and if you choose "store pickup" we cannot ship or vice versa. Please make sure it is correct before submitting your order.
****If you choose our new shipping option of flat rate, $5, please note that if the item is lost by USPS, you will not be credited for either the item or the shipping. You are choosing to chance that at your own risk. We are not responsible when you make that choice as you are choosing a shipping method without insurance. Also, please note that shoes will be shipped without boxes and all sales using this method of shipping are FINAL, no returns/exchanges.
******We HIGHLY recommend against paying via paypal e-check. If you choose to make payment that way, please note that your order will not ship until the check clears (typically 5-12 days). This will delay you receiving your order and no returns/exchanges will be permitted if you choose to use this payment option.
